Sure, bowling's not exactly a heavy-duty gym session - but don't underestimate how good it is for you.
Researchers reckon a decent bowling session can burn off hundreds of calories. And sending that heavy ball down the lanes can help develop young physiques by strengthening biceps, triceps, shoulder and back muscles. Not to mention working on their coordination, or yours for that matter!

At 13 of our centres, Houdini's Escape Rooms see players work as a team to crack the clues and make good their escape in an hour or under. In other words, you're using your brains but in a much more fun way than that 1,000 word essay that needs to be handed in when school resumes!

For starters, most youngsters love the flashing lights and raucous sounds of arcade games - and we've got them at ALL of our centres.
