Your Safety FAQs

We are doing everything we can to ensure you and your group are kept safe when visiting our Centres.  Below are the measures we have taken so you can enjoy your visit. 

All of our bowling balls, consoles and aspects of our lane area will be sanitised by our teams prior to opening each day. Each of these lane areas will be sanitised after every customer has finished their game/s prior to a new customer going onto that lane.

Each venue will have a Sanitisation station at the entrance into our centres. This will be manned by a responsible Tenpin team member who will encourage use of hand sanitisation gel and optional disposable glove use. There will also be a sanitisation station located at the bar ordering servery and at the toilet area. We will also be providing additional hand wipes for your use on anything you wish such as pool cues and air hockey batons.

We are only opening with a maximum of 6 people to a lane and only every other lane will be used to ensure we keep you safe and within Social Distancing ruling. We would recommend that all customers book their bowling online to avoid disappointment of being unable to have a lane.

We are closely listening to advice from the Government and are strictly adhering to all social distancing guidelines.  The guidance at this stage is 1 metre plus if applicable measures are in place. It is the responsibility of adults to ensure that anybody within their group who is under the age of 18 adheres to Social Distancing rules.

We have installed Perspex screens at all till points to ensure the safety of you and our teams.

Our staff will be wearing protective face shields and have the option to wear face-covering if they wish. They will communicate with each other by radio to reduce the need to stand together for any length of time.

We have introduced a new food and drink ordering app to make it even easier to purchase our delicious food and drink, meaning you do not need to queue at our servery. 

We are limiting the number of people normally accepted into our entertainment centres.  This means there will be plenty of space to adhere to Social Distancing measures.

Toilets, touchscreens, work surfaces, tables, chairs and door handles are among some of the places that our teams will be vigorously and routinely cleaning throughout the day.

To keep everyone at a safe distance, we have clearly marked areas on the floor with the correct distancing and designated queue till points.

We will follow the guidelines of the Government regarding Social Distancing. If a pool table is not able to meet these guidelines it will have an “out of order” sign on it. All cues, balls and other high hand contact items will be cleaned at the start of each day and regularly cleaned throughout the day. You will receive additional hand wipes prior to use if you wish. If you ever want anything cleaned please ask our team members who will be happy to help.

We will follow the guidelines of the Government regarding Social Distancing. If an arcade machine is not able to meet these guidelines it will be turned off. All high hand-contact items will be cleaned at the start of each day and regularly cleaned throughout the day. You will receive additional hand wipes that you can use prior to use if you wish. If you ever want anything cleaned please ask our team members who will be happy to help.

We have strategically spaced all our eating and drinking areas to adhere to Social Distancing measures.  These are clearly marked with table stickers.

To remain as contact-free as possible, we would prefer all transactions to be cashless. We have increased our contactless limit to £45. You can order and pay for food and drink through our convenient App.

Please refrain from wearing open toes, heels or wedges.

We will be providing single use menus, which will be given at reception. These menus will include clear steps to access our Food & Drink ordering app.

For the safety of all our customers and team, we must advise that should you not be feeling well or have recently been exposed to anyone who has shown symptoms of COVID-19, to not visit our bowling alleys.  If you are unfortunately feeling unwell, we wish you a speedy recovery.

Daily health check assessments will be made by our team to ensure they are in the best health to serve you.

To support Government guidelines one person from each booking will be asked to register details on our Track and Trace system before entering our centres. This will be managed through our WiFi and your data will be kept safe and secure for 21 days. Should you have any questions please speak with a member of staff on arrival.
