Terms & Conditions

Family Birthday Party Packages are 1 game for £79.99 per lane (up to 6 people maximum) or 2 games for £99.99 per lane (up to a maximum of 6 people).
The food will be a choice of – Adults: Classic Cheeseburger; Southern Fried Chicken Burger; Falafel Burger (v) - Juniors: Champion Cheeseburger; Veggie Hero Burger (v); Chicken Nuggets.
Birthday meals ordered are delivered to the lane.
Your party can be booked for Saturday and Sunday mornings from 10am-11.30am (last booking at 11.30am), or any time Monday and Wednesday.
As per government guidelines, an indoor gathering can be no more than 6 people and all persons must be part of the same household/social bubble.
On confirmation of your booking, a non-refundable £5 deposit per person if booking via the Call Centre. Online bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
Your balance of payment is required no later than seven days prior to your party. Please note: VAT at the current rate is included.
In the event of cancellation after paying your balance, all monies are non-refundable but the party can be re-booked within 6 months of the original date.
If required, the party organiser may bring individual cupcakes, rather than a cake to share. If you require a cake presentation by our team then please request this when you arrive.
Party bags are not included in these packages.
All packages are subject to availability.
Tenpin draw the attention of party organisers to the fact that bowling balls, if handled incorrectly or dropped, could be a danger to children. It is the responsibility of the party organisers (parents or guardians) to ensure that children are supervised in such a way as to avoid the possibility of any accident or injury from this cause or any other.
