Important. Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking information. It is essential to note that refunds and cancellations cannot be made to online bookings. We require full payment for advanced bookings.

Bowling Prices

All bowling prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. The price includes free bowling shoe hire. Any drinks, snacks, meals and arcade games are not included in the standard price and must be paid for separately as consumed or used. Inclusive 'Bowl and Bite' packages are available.

Online Bookings may be made up to 12 months in advance. Online bookings can be made for up to 24 people. For groups larger than 24 contact our team of specialist advisers who will be able to tailor the most appropriate deals for your party.

We regularly review our prices and if you make a booking in advance, the paid price will remain the same, and is not subject to increase or decrease.

Tenpin strictly forbids the selling on of bowling at an increased price by any third party. In such cases bookings will be automatically deleted with no refund.

Cancellations

Online bookings cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Arrival & Times

To allow for collection of your bowling shoes and preparing for bowling, we recommend arriving at the bowl approximately 20 minutes before your start time. Please have your booking confirmation ready.

Late arrivals may not be able to bowl and could loose the total amount paid. Please leave plenty of time for your journey.

Payment

Full payment is required for all online bookings and applies to the bowling experience only. This payment is non refundable and cannot be cancelled.

For parties and other bookings that have not been made online, please have your details ready to pay at the desk

Please note that a booking fee of £1.95 applies to all telephone bookings. All bookings made on-line are FREE.

Party Bookings

Bookings of 24 people or more should be made via our specialist team of advisers who can tailor the most appropriate experience for your party.

Birthday Bash (Children’s Parties)

Recommended for children up to the age of 12 years.
Minimum of 6 children required.

Bookings cannot be made online. Please call 0871 873 3150 of visit your local Tenpin. A non refundable deposit will be required upon booking.

Adult and Corporate Party Bookings:

A range of options are available to book for an adult or Corporate party.

Alcohol purchases

Alcohol purchases made online will be validated when you check-in and proof of age will be required. Purchases made by, or for, under age drinkers will not be refunded. Tenpin Ltd promote sensible drinking. www.drinkaware.co.uk

We have structured our website so that, in general you can visit us and obtain information. Once you choose to provide us with any information by which you can be identified, you can be sure that it will only be used in accordance within the data protection laws.

Tenpin has reasonable security measures in place to protect the services it provides, but it cannot be responsible for the security of information in transit. However, communicating with Tenpin by e-mail is not necessarily secure from interception and is subject to all of the risks of electronic communication. Tenpin does not guarantee the security or confidentiality of transmissions. Tenpin reserves the right to update or otherwise alter its security practices whenever considered necessary.

Email Newsletter

An email newsletter will be sent to you automatically. This newsletter will include news, views and information. It will also have offers for you to take advantage of. You can unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time by clicking unsubscribe on the letter.

We do not share your electronic information with any 3rd party. From time to time, if we thought it was of specific interest to you, we would include it on our own newsletters.

Corporate key fob card

Terms & Conditions:

Your card allows the bearer and up to five friends to two games of bowling for the price of one at all Tenpin and Megabowl outlets across the UK. Present the card at reception to qualify for the offer.

Valid Sunday 6pm to Friday 6pm excluding Bank Holidays

• Paid for games must be at full tariff price
• Free games must be played consecutively
• Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount
• Management reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time
• Offer is subject to lane availability until 30th November 2010
• Card is not for resale

Food purchases - Terms & Conditions

Food purchases made online, whether as part of the Bowl ‘n’ Bite package or as an additional purchase, will be confirmed upon arrival then prepared and bought to your lane. Products offered are subject to availability and an alternative option may be offered. We cannot guarantee that any of the products used on our menu have been manufactured in nut or seed free environments.

Customer Survey – Win Unlimited Free Bowling for a Month

• To qualify for entry to the draw you must complete the online survey in full www.bowlup.co.uk
• There is one prize of unlimited bowling for one person. Valid for one month excluding school and bank holidays, at busy times bowling all day may be restricted to 3 consecutive games and is subject to lane availability.
• There is no cash alternative to the prize and is non transferable.
