BowlClub 2008 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to BowlClub 2008.  As a member of BowlClub you are entitled to a number of special offers and discounts throughout the summer for you, your friends and family.  Please read the following terms and conditions carefully if you have any queries about any aspect of BowlClub.

Tenpin Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend all or part of the BowlClub scheme as necessary.

Terms & Conditions: Membership is open to UK residents, aged 16 or under.  The BowlClub collector card entitles members to special BowlClub discounts.  These are valid at specific times Monday to Friday during the school holidays until August 31st 2008 inTenpin and Megabowl venues listed at www.tenpin.co.uk The BowlClub collector card is issued by and remains the property of Tenpin Ltd who reserves the right to decline, issue or withdraw the card at any time.  Only one collector card per person unless all stamps have been collected.  BowlClub discounts are subject to availability and can only be claimed on production of a valid collector card at the time of purchase and cannot be claimed retrospectively.

Collector Card Promotions
One collector card will be issued per applicant.  One stamp can be collected per person, per day.  Collector cards must be produced at reception upon arrival in order for date stamps to be collected.  Date stamps cannot be issued retrospectively.

Gold Reward - FREE Family Deal
This offer is only valid when 5 stamps have been collected on a collector card (1 stamp per person, per visit) and handed into reception for redemption.  A free Family Deal token will be issued with a use by date.  The free Family Deal is a 1 game Family Deal for 4 and can only be used once.  Additional bowlers will need to pay an additional charge per person.

Silver Reward - 1 FREE Bowling, Burger & Chips 
This offer is only valid when 4 stamps have been collected on a collector card (1 stamp per person, per visit) and handed into reception for redemption.  A free BBC token will be issued with a use by date.

Bronze Reward - 1 FREE Junior Game
This offer is only valid when 3 stamps have been collected on a collector card (1 stamp per visit, per person) and handed into reception for redemption.  A free BBC token will be issued with a use by date.
