Important. Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking information. It is essential to note that refunds and cancellations cannot be made to online bookings.

All bowling prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. The price includes free bowling shoe hire. Any other drinks, snacks, meals and arcade games are not included in the standard price and must be paid for separately as consumed or used. Inclusive party packages are available.

Online Bookings may be made up to 12 months in advance.   Online bookings can be made for up to 12 people. For larger groups, see our party package options below.

We regularly review our prices and if you make a booking in advance, the paid price will remain the same, and is not subject to increase or decrease.

Tenpin strictly forbids the selling on of bowling at an increased price by any third party. In such cases bookings will be automatically deleted with no refund.

Online bookings cannot be refunded or cancelled.

To allow for collection of your bowling shoes and preparing for bowling, we recommend arriving at the bowl approximately 15 minutes before your start time. Please have your booking confirmation ready.

Late arrivals will lose total amount paid and will not be able to bowl. Please leave plenty of time for your journey.

Full payment is required for all online bookings and applies to the bowling experience only.  This payment is non refundable and cannot be cancelled. 

For parties and other bookings that have not been made online, please have your details ready to pay at the desk

Vouchers and special offers cannot be used online.

For bookings of 6 people or more, there are inclusive party packages available. Please refer to the individual bowl to discuss your party booking.  Or call 0871 873 3150.

Birthday Bash (Children’s Parties)
Recommended for children up to the age of 12 years.
Minimum of 6 children required.

Bookings cannot be online.  Please call 0871 873 3150 of visit your local Tenpin.  A non refundable deposit will be required upon booking.

Teen Party Bookings:
Recommended for teenagers 12 Plus.
Minimum of 6 people required

Adult and Corporate Party Bookings:
A range of options are available to book an adult or Corporate party. Please call 0871 873 3150.

We have structured our website so that, in general you can visit us and obtain information. Once you choose to provide us with any information by which you can be identified, you can be sure that it will only be used in accordance within the data protection laws.

Tenpin has reasonable security measures in place to protect the services it provides, but it cannot be responsible for the security of information in transit. However, communicating with Tenpin by e-mail is not necessarily secure from interception and is subject to all of the risks of electronic communication. Tenpin does not guarantee the security or confidentiality of transmissions. Tenpin reserves the right to update or otherwise alter its security practices whenever considered necessary.

An email newsletter will be sent to you automatically.  This newsletter will include, news, views and information.  It will also have offers for you to take advantage of, you can unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time by clicking unsubscribe on the letter.

We do not share your electronic information with any 3rd party. From time to time, if we thought it was of specific interest to you, we would include it on our own newsletters.

Terms & Conditions:
Your card allows the bearer and up to five friends to two games of bowling for the price of one at all Tenpin and Megabowl outlets across the UK.  Present the card at reception to qualify for the offer.

Valid Sunday to Thursdays all day excluding Bank Holidays.

- Paid for game must be at full tariff price. 
- Free games must be played consecutively. 
- Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
- Management reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time. 
- Offer is subject to lane availability until 30th November 2008.
- Card is not for resale.
